These would be fantastic to upgrade my aging jaybird freedoms that I use to listen to podcasts whilst out walking our dog, it used to be while at the gym but I…. Er….. stopped
I've currently got Corsair Void Pro (wired), but the wire is starting to fray by the earpiece, and further down the cable where it looks like the chair has run over it! I use them for gaming/Discord, general streaming video, and Teams when working from home.
My Sony XM3's get smashed. They are used pretty much every day. The hinges are starting to go wonky from the use. The new Technics would replace these.
My views (except when I am looking out their windows) are not those of my employer.
I have a trusty old pair of QC25s. Fine for when I'm static but I decided I was fed up with being tethered while on the move. Spotted these wireless buds for half-price and bought them....big mistake. The controls are as user-friendly as an ashtray on a motorbike and they suffer so much interference it's like listening to the radio in a car and driving through a short tunnel every few hundred meters. So yeah, I really need a pair of these wireless Technics in my life.
Roses are red, that much is true, but violets are purple, not ****ing blue!
I would love these, having grown up with Technics and it was my first sound system (with cassette) and record player.
I even picked Technics over the Pioneer equivalent of the era.
The reason I would uses these and appreciate them is because I don't have anything currently and need to get some headphones soon.
I would be using them to noise cancel my young kids screaming and shouting when they are playing together. As I believe I will be deaf soon if I don't get something!

Currently rocking some Sennheiser PXC550's, used to us them for my rare plane trips and now use them for walking. Wind noise is baaaaaad with these though so would be keen as to try something new that reduces that!
Panasonic RP-HC200
Used to use them while flying overseas. But unlikely to do that for some time.
Now I use them while viewing YouTube on a tablet so that I don't disturb my wife.
I have Jabra on ear headphones I use to listen to podcasts and videos.
This is my first pair of headphones. From memory they cost $15 from Noel Leeming. They're some no-name Chinese made headphones that are extremely lightweight, reasonably comfortable and sound better than you'd expect. They don't get much use these days, unless I'm going somewhere where I won't be able to recharge my Bluetooth headphones.
These are my Plantronics BackBeat Sense Bluetooth headphones. They're lightweight, very comfortable and have about a 15 hour battery life. I use them for listening to audiobooks and podcasts. They have handy controls on the left earpiece for play/pause, next track, previous track and volume adjustment.
I'd replace my wired Sennheiser momentums pictured below. I'd use for music listening mainly with computer and phone.
Zoom calls as well, easy to forget you are tethered sometimes.
My goto for listening to music are these Audio Technica ATH-M50x but are too heavy for me to use daily on Team calls so use wireless plantronic BT600 bluetooth headset.
Currently use JBL 700BT when exercising or working outside
