Nate001:

Genuine question. Do people ever just browse a store such as PB in person? There is the exclusion of trying devices in store.

Most times I know exactly what I want and click and collect.

Same. PB Tech is one of those stores where online works better. You can search and research anything and order it if you want it. Click and collect is free. Shipping is cheap. $5 or $7. Walking around the store I miss stuff......top shelf, bottom shelf.....behind something else.....not re-stocked on the shelf yet.....etc.

For those of you who are eager to shop in store gain, the Manukau store will return to normal on 2 May. I've not confirmed if this applies to other stores, but given it's two weeks away I would say it's quite likely.

Drove past PB wellington on Saturday afternoon and there was 20-30 people lined up on the footpath. Hopefully their wait was short.
