Musk bought into existing companies, he did not start them

Musk was fired from PayPal .....

The "Tunnel" he built in Vegas is across a street that I had used the pedestrian lights there to cross multiple times, but instead they have a gridlocked tunnel with paid drivers going about 500m in more time than it takes to walk it.

He even proposed having fan propulsion on the hyperloop...IN A VACUUM.

Loved the video where the Tesla car did not recognise a plane as being an object so drove into it.

The Tesla robot was all faked, Boston Dynamics are 10 years ahead.

The racism, sexism, etc, abuse on twitter has sky rocketed , Kanye has been suspended AGAIN fro his anti-semitic posts.

Buying twitter will go down as one of the stupidest decisions ever made in business

He is gouging customers for Starlink in the Ukraine

Starlink is an obscenity for Astronomers and because of its low orbit will need constant replacements being shot into space at huge cost

He's a conman.

The difference between Musk and Elizabeth Holmes is that Musk is both a conman and a a subject of a cult-like devotion. It's the cult followers that Holmes desperately lacked to keep herself out of jail and to keep enriching herself.

Musk, however, just like the ex-president, has plenty of devotees who're keen to defend him at the first sight of trouble, and whom he uses to make himself richer and richer.

If I'm not mistaken, the largest revenue source of the Boring Company is the merch, including the "not a flamethrower". The mind boggles.

Legal systems tend to take any kind off fraud around medical technology very seriously.

For Musk's many faults, he has produced a number of cars that fundamentally work.

Holmes didn't have the tech she claimed (like not even close).  She was claiming they had functional tests relating to blood thinning meds.  They didn't and were jeopardizing patient safety.

She also duped some serious people, including the then VPOTUS (now POTUS).  Their desire to be seen to empower a young female STEM entrepreneur seemingly blinded them, and they didn't do their due diligence.  Make a fool of people like that and the pigeons come home to roost, big time.

Just deserts.

CYaBro: And for the other side of the coin, some praise for Elon in the MSM. ...
I think Twitter' middle management has not only left the train station, but is now retired, and drinking daiquiris on a Bahama beach.

Who pays nearly all of Twitters' bills? advertisers

What do advertisers want? bureaucracy or anarchy?

From 29 November

Vice: QAnon is back on Twitter—and it’s about to get much worse

Elon Musk has allowed QAnon accounts and content to flood back onto Twitter, where they’re spreading violent conspiracy theories and dangerous disinformation and promoting QAnon events. Musk has even provided some of the accounts with a verified blue check symbol.

And this is likely just the beginning: Most of the 70,0000 QAnon linked accounts that were kicked off the platform in the wake of the Capitol riot are eagerly awaiting their return as part of Musk’s planned amnesty for banned accounts, which is expected to take effect some time this week.

The wholesale return to Twitter will once again give the QAnon movement a huge platform to recruit new believers into a conspiracy that has repeatedly shown itself to inspire violence, including multiple murders.

One of the most prominent QAnon accounts on the platform right now is one being run by John Sabal, known to his followers as QAnon John. Sabal is running the account belonging to his company Patriot Voice, which organizes large QAnon-linked conferences that have featured sitting GOP lawmakers and well-known figures from MAGA world. Sabal’s account has received the blue check verification, which is obtained by subscribing to Twitter’s new $8-a-month subscription service.

Thunderf00t is not a Musk fan, but he's also not an EV fan. So grain of salt.

Did anyone actually listen to the whole thing? I stopped when it started sounding like a Fox segment.
