8d52797c436:Nope, I just feel sorry for the guy who does get it right. It's like an extreme 'Boy who cried wolf' scenario.

I feel sorry for the people who are ill enough in the head to obsess over it.

I remeber when all 9 planets were lined up a few years ago. The crakpots, looneys and kooks went overboard with that one, saying there would be massive earthqueakes, etc. It proved, like all of the other rubbish these idiots vomit out, to be a load of fetid dingoes kidneys.

BTW, if you want to have fun with psychics, ask them why they did not warn anyone about the collapse of the World Trade Centre or the Boxing Day tsunami, or even the recent Samoan tsunami.

I'd go on a Vegan diet but the delivery time from Vega is too long.

Way ahead of ya there mate... myself and some NZ skeptics have been stirring the pot from time-to-time on the Sensing Murder forums.

Unfortunately, they've got a get-out-of-jail-free card for just about every question you can think of so throwing logic at them us an exercise in futility... though the debate can be stimulating.

Scott Russell Hill (who used to appear sometimes on that train-wreck of a show) claims to have predicted 9/11... sadly there's zero evidence of him actually stating this pre-2001... except for the REVISED edition of his 1995 book, published in 2004. (Conveniently, you can't get the 1995 pressing anymore.)

Psychics are so passe - anyone with half a brain (as in, only) knows to worship The Web Bot (and possibly Brian Tamaki).

There was an interesting program on Discovery HD in the US the other week dealing with the "what if" scenarios based around this movie. Went and saw it last nite. was a good watch despite the pons reviewer on 3News the other week giving it 2 and a half stars..

Discovery has been catering to the woo-woo mentality quite a lot lately.
