What is it from? Where did you get it?

Might need a little more info, have you tried opening it with anything yet?

Have you tried changing the extension, not on the original ofcourse, to more common file types to see if you can open it then?

Thanks , it is supposed to be excel document but can not open in that. Ended up connecting printer to the laptop with the document in question and was able to print it. however i could not open it in other two machines. Maybe you need some other programme to open this, anyway problem solved, thanks again
