advise people to make a registry change, without mentioning the risks involved, or that you should make back ups first.

Creating a right click "send to" shortcut to Notepad is a far safer alternative for novice users than directly editing the registry to achieve this.

Perhaps we should attach warnings to file copy procedures too, in case we overwrite the Windows folder?
