Anyone give me the name of a company that offers SMS txting services (and I have no idea what they refer to it as) that lets a customer txt xxxx and gets an automated response back ?

ie: Txt 1234 for information on product XYZ

TIA :)

Avoid like the plague.

Some months ago I tried to setup such a service for clients of ours, when I called I was told no-one in Auckland could help, so call Wellington.  I call Wellington, then get told to ring a mobile to speak to their sales manager who didn't even answer.  My multiple emails to them also went unanswered.

Don't know why they make it so damn hard to get hold of them!

Ended up going with Sonic Mobile were more than helpful (even gave me a free demo account to play with).
