Hehe.  "Cut and Polish".  Excellent!  I was thinking Clip & Snip.

But these pun names for hairdressers get a bit old.  How about something like High Maintenance.

believe it or not, the best thing to do is go and chat to local shop owners and ask them who did theirs and if they were happy with the quality and price they pai.
