I'm building a new website and am looking for some off-the-shelf software and wondered if anybody could suggest anything.

My needs are to find an auction software program/script with the following:

1)  Under NZ$200 - preferably with an "install by supplier" option
2)  Must have "Wanted to buy" listing option
3)  Need virtually indentical billing options as TM - where users require credit in their account which is by manual payment or via online banking. NOT paypal or credit card type billing!
4)  Must run on Unix, with Pearl, PHP, MySql available.

I'd be grateful for any help?

You might find some software overseas for ASP, ASP .Net and PHP, but these will probably require integration with local credit card processors.

I am not sure there's such a software developed here in New Zealand?
