What luck, I was just looking at that exact phone while in a 2degrees store today for my gf :-D

I could well use it because although I do have an android currently it is so slow it takes half an hour after turning on to use :-P

[only a slight exaggeration...]

my current bargain phone:

One day there may be a show called: Walking with CDMA.
But for now and until Telecom pulls the plug on that network, I'm still using my Nokia 2280.
Smart it is not, durable it most definitely is!

The LG Optimus (prime) will bring me into the NOW. Having the ability to take video, pictures and browse the net would save lugging all the video/camera and various other junk around with me for catching those Kodak moments ;-)

It would be great if I could change to the Android world from iOS so I'd be happy to take it off your hands!

I don't have a personal phone, just a work phone that's GPRS only.

I'd love a phone that can actually listen to streaming audio at a decent rate. At the moment I have to downmix my favourite radio station to 18Kbp/s to fit into the GPRS bandwidth. As you can imagine, it doesn't sound all that great.

Hey guys, thanks for putting this up for grabs.

I really need this phone.. I already have an HTC Legend, but my poor wife is stuck with this nasty red Nokia thing.  It's a few years old, been dropped in water, and been run over THREE times by my car (it's a Daihatsu Sirion, hence no actual damage to the phone).

For my geek point, I would undertake to dismantle the old phone and reclaim the miniature LED's, and then use them for night lighting in my kids' bedroom!

Thanks for the chance

I've been living with my heavily cracked HTC Legend for over 6 months now. I accidentally left it on the outside of a car windscreen and didn't till I found it on the side of the road several hours later, to my surprise it has continued to work, mostly.

It seems to be dying slowly, but as yet I can't afford to replace it. I love android and have been looking for an excuse to move to 2degrees for a while now. This phone would be exactly what I'm after!

My languishing HTC Legend

Cheers,

Would love to try out customisation on Android! Currently our household are on iOS but doubt we'll be going with iPhone again due to the price increases from Vodafone.

I need this phone, I have an insatiable lust for technology and I will actually die if I don't get it.

Cheers.

Would love to get my hands on this beautiful phone and try CM7 on it.
I currently have an IDEOS X5, but CM7 doesn't look like it will be ready for everyday use for a while yet.
Actually, it would be mighty fine with just stock 2.3 on it.
