Hello everyone.

I am in desperate need for some survey samples for my thesis project due at the end of the year for some primary research requirements. It will only take a few minutes of your time and will greatly help me in achieving my masters at the University of Otago, Dunedin.

Here is the link (it is in google docs and secured)

Thank you very much for your help

Regards,
Steve

You have the numbering backwards to what I must be conditioned to, so I started filling out the survey with the opposite response to what I intended.
