Their website is down too.

Finally got thru on phone line to network status automated message. Their message states they have a power cut.

Ok. At least I know it's them. Bad practise hosting their public website internally - I bet their call centre is overloaded.

Yes we were down here as well in WGTN CBD.

One of my team spoke to them and they said their backup generator had not come up. Not a good look and second day in a row they have had issues.

It has just come back up for us.

Of all ISP's...Actrix is probably the one with the least problems and least faults. I hardly ever see their name come up here or anywhere. Im sure they would appreciate some patience in return. :)
