Okay full flavour you've convinced me. i've emailed the man with the money asking him to switch over, i just have one question.

Do your residential customers get free local calling or is it billed at 2c/min for everyone?

i dont think this would be much of a problem for us since i never use the landline and most of our calls are inbound from people who don't use cellphones but its sort of a nice security blanket i guess.

It's only free on our UFB plans.

2c/min on VDSL connections regardless of whether the customer is residential or business.

Keep in mind that (for now) we are in the regional ISP class (our focus is Tauranga, particularly with UFB) but we do sell ADSL/VDSL wherever Chorus can provide service.
