Enable placed their UFB ducts down the street a few months ago with microducts appearing at every boundary.

Yesterday came home to find they'd opened their trench (right where it crossed my drive), and looking in the open trench it seems they'd cut and rejoined both the ducts in the trench. I couldnt think why they'd do this??

Today I come home to find they've filled the first joint hole and created another about 2m further along the trench.... seems to be for the same reason.

Soo question is why would you place 2 joins in a duct (and the associated micro ducts) within a few metres of each other????

On the positive side I guess this means my fibre isn't too far from being blown down the duct.

There ae issues with the guys who are laying the fibre, I think its transfield in our area. Anyway, they are placing fiber termination in the wrong places at times. Your'e lucky; we had our lawn dug up all the way accross because they had to pull fibre from our neighbours junction and then back to the box where it should have come from.
