Hi all,
You are probably wondering why i am making a thread regarding this.
I want tog et a new modem/router and would like to know the best option to get the best Sync.
I am running a HG556a because my Belkin gets 17-18 Mbp/s Sync and my HG556a you will see below. Just had CofeeBaron install a Master filter (Thank you!)
The attenuation for the Belkin is 8 for Down and 1 for up. I live about 20-30m away from the cabinet.
I head that TP-Links get good rates but i want to know what others think. (Yes i can get VDSL 2 BUT the person in the house that pays the bill thinks otherwise.)

(All the edits i am trying to get the table for the stats to work)

You just need VDSL ;)

Telecom does it, I'd recommend it. Else if you're wanting a good ADSL modem I'd recommend getting the Netgear DGND3700v2 - it syncs really well and has a WAN port also for when you upgrade to VDSL, also dual band WiFi. You can pick these up for about $230 if you ask nicely at Noel Leemings (present your Vodafone staff card and say you get a discount of cost + 15% and they'll usually honour it)

What's wrong with your current one?

Seems to sync about as good as it gets...
