I was more querying whose responsibility for giving notice.


The end customer. We may receive a churn notification but as always to be on the safe side notify the ISP prior to this preferably on the previous billing cycle so you dont get charged the whole month.


Sending pm with details. I had already arranged for adsl to be cancelled. This is purely for home line rental & attached services.
