Hooray, after nearly 2 weeks, had the Chorus tech's out to set things up.

Even got the internet connected and STB up and running :)

After all of the issues I had sorting this out (basically managing the whole process as the ISP's on both sides had dropped the ball), Vodafone agreed to give me a free upgrade to Ultrafast 100/20 + Unlimited for a year! Pretty good deal in the end...
