Does anyone have access to Chorus systems to see what is happening at the Kirwee exchange. About 2 weeks ago our internet peak speeds dropped from 2mbps with a latency of ~50ms to .5 with a latency of 200+ ms

I wrote a post on the Kirwee community page on Facebook (I was desperate) and there are lots do responses from lots of different ISPS (spark, Vodafone, slingshot) with everyone saying the same thing.

My day time rates have also dropped from about 5mb down with a Ping response of 35ms to about 2.5mb down with a Ping response of 50+ms

I'm pretty vigilant on my internet speeds as they are generally average to poor so this is a noticeable drop from late August.

I've had chorus out twice and they have confirmed my internal wiring is fine(my sync speeds are good at around 6400k down) but the throughput has dropped suddenly.

So, my question is, does anyone have access to Chorus systems to see what is happening to resolve the issues at the Kirwee exchange? I have been told that this ha been escalated internally at Chorus but no one can see more than this.

Any help would be appreciated.

Log a throughput issue with your ISP (Also try get others to aswell via the comunnity FB page) so they can let chorus know.
Just make sure that your ISP doesn't truckroll the job(where they actually send a technican out)  otherwise you will be charged a No Fault Fee.

This thread is heading around in circles - read the (well established) Outram thread here: that has the exact same content, no point duplicating it now.
