Ay carramba!

I am playing online games so low ping is always important for me.

I am playing on a server which is in Melbourne and I used to have 50-80 ping connecting to that server.
Now my ping is around 400 and this is happenning since last year December. Even if I measure it right now with speedtest.net it shows 250-300 ping. As I said it used to be aroun 50-80.

What is going on with the network? Who is messing with the network or anybody knows what is happening?
WHERE IS MY PING XTRA???   lol

EDIT RC: moved at request
