Before you all start hating on Voyager, the CSR did say that it had been sent before (about a month ago apparently) - I couldn't find it in my emails and I don't delete emails, but it is possible it got detected put into spam and deleted). I'll give them the benefit of the doubt.
This was just the final issue in a long saga of UFB hell - you have all heard them all before so I won't bore you, but it is amazing how sick enables installers are! Sooo many many missed appointments!
