To quote the Vodafone website "WorldxChange Communications (WXC) is now Vodafone Next Generation Services (VNGS). ". Asked about data coverage from Vodafone and the reply was negative, feels like they are trying to run VNGS into the ground after the takeover.

What do you mean by ' data coverage '? This sounds like to me you are speaking about actual mobile coverage 2G / 3G / 4G

Well @ChorusNZ still have not resolved the outage caused by the fibre cut along Upper Harbour Drive to my parents Home line / xDSL

They are getting SMS and the fix date gets pushed out by 2 days each time so now we are up to the 10/05 the last SMS was the 8/05 the Chorus tech turned up for max 10 minutes and bailed and about 30 minutes later the SMS came in

Are they going to your parents house or the place the copper/fibre was cut?

The copper line comes in from the other side of the road (Same side as Fibre cut) This is where the last few Chours techs have gone
