Cant get through to any helpdesks still on hold, but have alteast 8 ADSL/VDSL connections from newmarket to penrose all offline

 

 

 

can anyone confirm Chorus know about this already? nothing is showing on their outage map.

@dan can you confirm exchange area?

 

 

 

are all these connections with the same provider? I'm not seeing any official chorus outages at this moment.

 

I am seeing possible unconfirmed issues off RUE and ELL however.

nup atleast 4 different ISPs

 

 

 

couple examples

 

Balm St & Nuffield St in Newmarket have a couple down there  - they are on VF

 

Greenpark Rd Penrose, 3 connections down on that street - 2 are 2degrees,  1 is vibe

yea it was just under 30 mins according to the logs

 

a few needed a router reboot but all are back online now

Yeah we had multiple clients call all on diff ISPs asking why they were offline.

to be fair consider coverage.

 

 

 

99% of RSPs will not say outage rightfully so, till they have confirmation.

 

Internal NOC may say hey we are seeing x customers offline but then that needs to be confirmed and such.

 

 

 

2.57pm chorus notification went out with remedy happening at approximately 2.40pm network wide.
