I suppose this is where it's worth the ask, @OP what sort of building is this?

It's a single-storey brick building, constructed much like a house of that era. Single tenant. The current organisation has been there since 1981, but it's no use asking anyone who works there anything remotely technical, like where's the demarc? laughing

I'm currently waiting for Spark to call back with the ASID.

Made a point of not bringing work home with me today, so i can't offer to assist much there. If no progress is made by 9am tomorrow give me a DM with details and i'll chase it up for ya.

For a single story brick building that's like a house, Point-stands very clearly. the tech has been lazy..

Oath - bang a cable locator on at the CT, trace that bastard into the building, should be a quick fix.

Anything I say is the ramblings of an ill informed, opinionated so-and-so, and not representative of any of my past, present or future employers, and is also probably best disregarded.

Now if only you stayed in the field!

Still in the field, just for an isp making customers happy instead of worried

Thanks to 'That VDSL Cat' this is now resolved. It was listed in the Chorus system at a different address (intersection with another road).
