I've just moved and can't get cable anymore so will be signing up for ADSL with someone in the next few days.

As far as routers go, is the Dick Smith one as shown in the title text decent enough?  It seems to cover all the bases feature wise and for today only there is a $50 off offer so I'm very tempted, unless anyone has any horror stories to share.. Smile

Thanks.

Well, you're in luck then. I work at DSE Powerhouse and I am the techie there. We just got XH9950 in stock after 3~4 months and I always open up something new and test it out thoroughly to check for bugs and tell customers more confidently about the product. I tested this last friday. This product is AMAZING. My room is at one corner and this modem/router was sitting well behind a computer pretty much covered with walls around it. I then went over to the display laptops which is ~50 metres away and still recieved 3/5 signal bars. The firmware on it is Excellent. I Connected ~10 laptops to it at the same time and checked the performance for 2 days. It was Brilliant. It's also an ADSL2+ modem if you did not know that. Also just for you, when you go into a DSE store to buy this TODAY, use this cat code XH9950-2GB and for the same price $98 you will also recieve a DSE 2gb FLASH drive for free.

Do whatever you want to do man.
