Seems to be a lot faster to my old hometown of San Diego.  Maybe that's where the rope is connected to North America.

Thanks for your feed back, seems like telecom is the performer this weekend and followed ihug then by maxnet.

would of thought telstra clear in christchurch from shoes2468 would of been the best since they offer vdsl 25mbs....

What we need is these to be done from 6pm to 11:30pm, the rest of the day is a waste of time. Then look more at the ping rather then the download and upload.

I would rather have an upload at 2Mb and a download of 1Mb with a ping of 160ms, rather then a download of 12Mb and upload of .15Mb with a ping of 500ms.

yes peak time would be more effecient.

I just got my provider too turn my interleaving off and it gave me better ping. Its only recommended if you have good lines, if you have it turned off and your connection keeps dropping then having it off isnt for you.

like wise here getting good results to san diego  download of 11mbs and upload 0.82mbs but would really be nice to get same speeds to los angeles as thats where most of the servers are for the websites we use.
