Hi There!

Do any providers offer prepay say 1-2GB that expires over say 60-90 days?

Regards

2Degrees offers the best bang for your buck, 1GB for $20.

Thanks heavenly. The issue is my usage is sporadic and it's for my tablet, so I don't need 1GB a month, I am really more focused on getting a longer expiry date.

Take a look at their 3GB option on the same link. Offers a fair bit of time before it expires.

I'm on VF's $10 per month for 512MB data, and when I run out it costs me $20 per 1GB. I can get as many 1GB packs as I need during the month.

I am on a 2 yr contract though. And I have the $10 deal for 24months too.

Telecom on prepay after the first month and after it's been topped up will keep going for 12 months before the data expires. My wife uses one and I put $20 on it every couple of months..

This hasn't been the case for a long time now. Telecom upgraded their billing platform in the middle of last year, and all plans are now billed monthly like Vodafone and 2degrees.

If you have one of the older plans it stays, but all new SIM cards are monthly.

With Telecom now, you can add a prepaid data amount and then stop it automatically billing monthly, which is a bit like what 2Degrees are offering, except that it all expires after one month.

I just can't understand 30 day expiry on data. It's so expensive, a little leeway doesn't seem unreasonable.

Which plan is that please?  It's exactly what I'm after  That + iMessage + skype  = approx $15/month bill instead of $45 right now.  I'm really looking forward to breaking my iPhone 4 contract.
