Hi,

One of our reports in Excel always shows date time stamps in GMT time which is very annoying - for our end users I need to show this in New Zealand time,  I know I can add an additional column and add hours to it but there must be a better way to do this?

I would like to be able to use a custom cell format - does anyone know how I can do this?

Uncle Google told me it cant be done but I don't always trust that...

Hi

I presume you manually input the GMT time into a cell.

So I'd recommend creating a custom function and the using the time function, add the additional hours noting the impact of daylight saving.

cheers

Cant you choose the timezone in the settings or does this data change when someone in another timezone opens the file?
