Spybot might deal with it.

I fixed the problem

FYI - i was a real bastard to remove.
even purging registery had no effect.

this was best site that helped me with the AdwCleaner and junck removal tool

http://malwaretips.com/blogs/websearch-searchsunmy-info-removal/#adwcleaner

In regards to the tips - thanks but
1. spybot wont install and
2. Malwarebytes while it installed and ran, it  did not identify any threats and would not uninstall itself  grrrrrrrrr  as it says files in use even when you knock them out via msconfig.

also a full scan of microsoft security essentials found nothing.
