I'm running Windows 10 and have some MKVs with FLAC audio that I want to split and join (without re-encoding).

MKVToolNix refuses to split in quite the right place (despite telling it the exact frame numbers).

I've added the MKV plugin to VirtuaDub and this can happily split at the exact frame, but it doesn't recognise the FLAC audio (and even though I am just doing a direct stream copy, the audio doesn't copy across).

I've Googled and Googled but just can't find how to install a FLAC codec that will show up in VirtualDub. I've read a couple of things that suggest it can be done, but I can't figure out how.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
