I am thinking one of the Epson EcoTank printers would be a good choice, based on @freitasm and @michaelmurfy and other reading; it certainly looks very cost-effective in terms of ink with less throw-away parts which has to be good all round.


There is also an A3 option (the ET 7750) which I will have a look at.


Replacement ink is around the $25 a bottle mark, which given how long the bottles last is extremely good vfm for colour.
