Just doing the update to Rosetta, it needs a 650Mb download, that's going to take me a while!

thats frustrating, because it deletes all the work units and program files when you remove it then it has to download them again.

seems like a bit of a waste of server resources.

I've been running the new Rosetta software for four days now and I'm seeing a definite drop in RAC. I was getting around 8k ppd and now I'm around 5K.

Has anyone else noticed a drop?

I'm running mine in a docker - there has been no update for quite some time, despite a reminder inside the container that there is a new version - but that's been there for nearly two months now.

I have noticed a slowdown though in the last few days, WU are taking several more hours to complete, with no other changes to the system.

my PCs has been off during the days as we have an electrician in so i cant really tell, they seem to be taking the same amount of time though but not sure on the RAC

I was thinking about shutting mine off once it hit 300 wu. Or shutting it down to run only 12 hours a day over winter.

Depends on  my power bill

Some of the inactive users may have been active during the lockdown, but are now back at work and their home pcs are OFF.

I've been running various DC projects from the start of it all and have been folding on and off since 2004 for my previous team of OCUK. Tomorrow I will have matched all that work in six weeks of crunching with a 2060 super!

I guess I better get my act together and just do my Ryzen build retiring my old Xeon workstation to be a Linux powered space heater in the process...

I'm going to sneak off to my old team, unfinished business! When that's up to 50 million I'll be back:)

At the current PPD it should take me just a few days :D

Hi! :)

Do you guys know how to configure multiple clients on foldingathome running Windows 10? Can't find that info online.

Thanks!
