I use LastPass Premium. It just works, including seamless integration on IOS.

@johno1234 Bitwarden's free offering also has seamless iOS password integration for apps and sites You just select it under the iOS settings instead of the standard iOS password cache and then you're good to go.

Maybe give it a go to see the differences/similarities between them? You may be pleasantly surprised.

I find the Bitwarden app (Windows / Android) and plugins work fine offline. What kind of problem are you having with offline access?

All these comments and I have not seen a single mention of 1Password. I use 1Password for home and the company I worked for uses it for business. Allows scanning QR code on the desktop for OTP. works with ios and android.

We use LastPass at work. It's great for remembering Website passwords, but it's irritating for other stuff. Specifically, I have to go through the whole 2FA to get to my passwords. When I do get into it, I have to find the site in the dashboard thing, and open it (admittedly, this can't be simplified much), but then I have to click on the spanner icon to "edit" it, click on the eye icon to see it, copy it, click on Cancel to stop editing. I'd prefer that last lot of clicks to be short-circuited by having a "copy the password" icon/button, like in Firefox. Chrome is similar, except it stupidly has "Copy Password" hidden in a hamburger menu.

I use LastPass Premium. It just works, including seamless integration on IOS. There may well be as good free alternatives but... US$36 a year yet to me it is worth literally tens of thousands of dollars vs having no password manager.

Same here, for all the same reasons. Very happy with it.
My last job had the enterprise version, which gives you the same access for your personal one. When I left that job I subscribed for a year, it's just convenient.

Does the ongoing issues with stolen info concern you at all, even through it's encrypted?

I see someone was in one of their cloud storage today?

Personally doesn't bother me, it's all encrypted, and the majority of services I have 2FA setup for.
With that said, I do keep my eyes on these things, and if it goes too far, I will look to move on to another service.

The company i use to work for had enterprise lastpass but i have no idea how it was configured but every time an employee left the company and they were the ones that put the password info into lastpass and the lastpass admin disable/delete their access it would also delete the passwords they saved and shared with others.  Totally awful and created so many issues.

Groucho:

Bitwarden!  I used LastPass until their free plan was restricted to one device type.  I use MacOS, Android and Windows and Bitwarden spans all of them.

Was it a pain in the butt to switch all your passwords over from LastPass to Bitwarden? Or do they have a login/password transfer wizard?

I was so annoyed when I signed up for the free LastPass, and literally a month later they changed their device type rules on the free version. By then I had already set it all up and password protected everything, so the thought of doing all that again was just too much lol. Yea I could pay for premium, but the number of paid subscriptions for various things I have these days is getting out of control - I realised this last week when filling in the forms for new home lending.

BitWarden has a process to import passwords, which is basically export (unencrypted) / import. It was simple from KeePass2.

None, I have just used KeePass for years and use it for offline "physical" items which don't have/require internet access such as logins to the kids PC's etc :) Also has a record of my master password for BW so if anything happens to me, my wife has access to everything.
