About time someone recognised my genius!  You are welcome

For billions of years since the outset of time, every single one of your ancestors survived, every single person on your Mum and Dads side, successfully looked after and passed onto you life.  What are the chances of that like?

I guess my post earlier was deemed inappropriate although it had no swearing or trolling aspect - just light hearted fun. Would be nice for the mods to PM to say why it was removed.

(Hrmmm - I think the internets ate my post)

If your dad really is looking that closely at your machine, I would either:

- Get another machine for surfing porn on
OR
- Consider some virtualisation software with the hard drives set in non-persistant mode so that the drives revert back to the original state whn you restart the virtual machine.

Lastly - don't forget to NOT surf as a user with Administrative rights, as that way if you do surf a site that's trying to install malware in the background it will struggle to install ... (minimisation techniques ....)

don't blame him it's alright it's nothing to be shamed of we have all been there from time to time as we all have needs nothing wrong with it at all. i think the best option would be to use privacy keeper it automatically deletes your history when you close down

billgates: Is this for real?

Why wouldn't it be?

I visit several forums where there is no way that this would be real, or noone would believe it was anyway. It may well be in this case...

Pretty girl, first post, going on about looking at porn = troll alert

This is pretty much the most conservative and best behaved forum I use

First off I didnt go on and on ....second it was a true and honest post. I dont know that much about computers and was honestly looking for help. Granted I put some humor in it ....so for that you can fault me. But the rest remains the same ......will the sites I look at come back to haunt me when my father works on my computer .

I don't see why? Humour is good - the only posts deleted here are the ones that would fall outside the "this is a family show folks".

No, actually all of the moderators here are very liberal in their views and we don't mind some of the things out there at all. The problem is that this is "a family show" as posted before. We have to make it easier for all those very easy going folks (me!) and all those more conservative folks (those who get all up if you call someone an "idiot" or "retard")...
