I have just setup a new domain email account in Office Outlook 2007, after some troubleshooting I got Outlook to send emails on my Farmside internet connection. Now I want to setup another email account in Outlook for sending email on my Vodem but keep getting duplicates when both email accounts check my email server, can anyone advise me on how to stop getting duplicates? Is it just a matter of setting Outlook not to leave a copy of email on server? Also does smtp2.vodafone.net.nz require logon details? Thanks for your time

Easiest way is to disable receiving email on that Vodem account.

On the Vodem account, change the Incoming Mail Server to something like "mail" (you can enter anything bogus here, because we will disable it in the next step).

Then, go to Tools / Options / Mail Setup and click on the Send/Receive button.

You should see a group called All Accounts, select it and click Edit.

Untick "Receive mail items" on the Vodem account.
