Hey. Thanks to anyone who helps me.

I currently am going to upgrade my PC graphics card. Current specs are 2GB DDR2 Ram.. 9400GT .. 320W PSU .. My Mobo is a Gigabyte M61PME-S2P DDR2

My question is if I get a DDR3 graphics card will it be able to run on my current specs with the DDR2 mobo?

@billgates Cheers man.. Would of freaked out if the GTS250 wouldn't run on my specs. Prob miss out on all the new games aswell... Also do you think a 320PSU is too little for the GTS 250 or do I need a higher PSU?

Agreed, 500w PSU is a good move for newer cards. Make sure it has 1 or more (most do these days) PCI-Express power connectors.

What CPU are you running currently ?

PCI-Express power connecters are required for newer (well, even "old" cards now) video cards to run - a good PSU will come with a dedicated connector, where as a more budget one will come with an adaptor to take one of your molex connectors and use that - however this apparently isnt a recommended option.

I purchased one of these last year as I was running dual video cards - was around $120. Stick with a known brand PSU and you should be right :)
