Working on a spreadsheet to monitor/record out internet usage (entered manually) from 15+ branches - working fine, but what Im wondering, is it possible to get Excel (03) to automatically color a cell if the entry is over a certain limit so at a glance I can see whos been going over their limit without manually highlighting them. (Some branches have different data caps else Id do the highlighting as I entered the numbers)

ie: Branch1 uses under their data allowance so the cell remains default (white), but Branch2 goes over their limit of x and the cell gets highlighted/filled with red.

Any assistance appreciated :)

Check out the Conditional Formating feature - it will do what you want.

As above - conditional formatting is relatively easy to follow.  In Excel 2007 there is, by default, a button on the "Home" ribbon entitled "conditional formatting".
