hey guys just looking for new ram for my pc.
my computer is quite new, however the ram has yet to be upgraded.
currently i have GSKILL 2GB x 4 667mhz RAM DDR3.  yes 667mhz is slow, and "sh*t"
its slowing the rest of my system down ! :(

so im looking to buy the best ram possible, that is compatible with my motherboard : ASUS M4A79XTD EVO (non usb 3 one)

here is the list i think : http://www.asus.com/Motherboards/AMD_AM3/M4A79XTD_EVO/#MSL

and i can spot under 1600mhz :

 G.SKILL

F3-12800CL8T-6GBHK

i think it means this set?
http://www.playtech.co.nz/afawcs0139235/CATID=472/ID=6685/SID=1051025654/productdetails.html

if so, could it run 8gb worth? the board says the max is 16gb ram, but i notice this is tri channel and the specs page says only dual channel "4 x DIMM, Max. 16 GB, DDR3 1800(O.C.)/1600/1333/1066 ECC,Non-ECC,Un-buffered Memory
Dual Channel memory architecture"

lastly, i have an AMD 955 BE @ 3.6ghz

i realise this is quite a common build, and hoping someone else has tried it, or has a recommendation to make.

thanks !!
