freitasm: Got my Otterbox Commuter here. Ordered Sunday afternoon, directly on the phone itself, delivered in Wellington on Thursday. Pretty good service then.

Just a question to nakedmolerat... Are you using the screen protector? I am not so sure I will...

No, I did not bother with the screen protector. I haven't seen a single scratch on Gorilla Glass ever (galaxy s2, galaxy note, defy).

Same on my Nokia Lumia 800 and I don't really like the feel of plastic. It looks good as it is :)

ok phew, a soft reset brought the screen back.

extras+info numbers are now
version 1.6.1.62
Accessories agent 1.0.3.0
feedback 2.2.0.9
first use 1.3.0.0
warranty 1.1.0.4

Can't see anything obviously new, so presumably some bugfixes etc.

If you want to get the Extras+Info update but it's still not showing, I found this QR Code in the WP Central web site:

I had a similar holder to that one you link to a while back and found the arm to be too flexible.  I ended up buying one of these for my E7.

http://www.nokia.com/gb-en/support/product/nokia-universal-holder-cr-122/

I got it directly from Nokia NZ and it's the best phone holder I've used, I'm sure it would fit anything like the 920 or 800 etc and probably most other similar sized phones, even the one with the name of a fruit.  The cost wasn't too bad about $40, sure quite a lot more than $12, but it's much much better than anything else I've seen, and because it works well it was worth it.

I bought the Nokia Universal Holder. I commented on Ben's Facebook post about the cheap holder that this "snake" thing is... crappy. But people will buy the cheap thing. Many times, costing more than the good one.

Having said that, the Nokia holder is perfect for the Lumia 800 but for the Lumia 920 you have to slide from the side instead of pushing in from the front. That's all. And much better looking than that ugly thing ;)
