Just got a new update on my Lumia 920.

Its a Telecom one with a non telecom ROM on it.
Says
OS Version: 8.0.10328.78
Firmware Revision Number 3049.0000.1330.006

Has a few more options in the settings and I can use some Nokia apps I was previously unable to use due to not having the right version of the OS on it (Nokia Pro Cam).

Hi,

Can anyone with the Telecom NZ Amber update confirm whether 4G is enabled now?

I have the generic ROM Amber update for APAC come through OTA but the annoying issue with caller ID for NZ phones is still there... :-(

Thanks.

Is it possible to tell without actually having a 4G account?

Under Settings, Mobile Network, see if the Highest Connection Speed can be set to 4G

Sadly no 4G option yet. Not that it matters in Hamilton. I guess Telecom are waiting till they have a 4G network.

k, mine just has 2g and 3g on there. The phone is a Telecom 920 upgraded to Amber, with a Vodafone SIM in it.

No 4G here, but no problem with the caller ID either - hasn't been any problems with that since an update a loooong time ago.
