Find another disconnected Telecom phone, go to a Telecom store and get them to do an ESN change with your number to the disconnected phone. Once this is complete, move your phone number back to your Okta Touch with another ESN change.*

Alternatively, you can use a connected phone, but you'd be asking for an ESN swap instead.
It's worth noting that you could ring *123 to do this, too.

This should fix your problems Smile

Yeah, the above might work however; it also may not!

If it didnt work can you provide a little more info on the upgrade process? Did you let the carrier optimization run or not? Are you
getting IOTA messages left right and centre?

I think at one stage fiddling with my vogue I had similar issues and couldn't use to txt, call etc. I ran the TNZ Carrier Customization which sussed everything out I assume by applying the settings for the Telco network here in NZ.

You can email me if you like if you cant find the cab somewhere on the net, I'm sure I still have it somewhere. phynn@orcon.net.nz

Cheers & good luck!

That's true, yes, but it's true of most things - tbh, I class that as FUD.

I understand that you're trying to help, but dismissing someones idea - especially when i've confirmed this as a fix for many many devices in a similar situation - it a little harsh.

In addtition, it's well known you have problems regarding certain policies and procedures - just please don't let this come through while you're trying to help people. It really is best to look at each situation differently and objectively at that.
