Hi,
thanks for that. Unfortunately the 'north american dialing' in that option is already set to disable.

Its not a biggie, its only on the display that it shows std digits incorrectly, it doesnt stop the phone from working.

The 'sprint' on the right had side is good though.. freaked the crap out of our telecom rep when I showed him!

Cheers,
Divxmaster

I have just sold my touch with upgrade to WM6.1 using the hacked firmware from overseas.  I had previously been using the phone without any problems.  Can anyone see any problems from telecom regarding connecting this phone to a new number??  I have all the access codes to change the phone number for the phone and have supplied these to the buyer so they can change them (in fact I have allready loaded them into the phone for them).  Are they able to do an ESN swap over the phone, since it is allready programmed?

Okay.
I have, with great anticipation, downloaded that file to my Touch and tried to run it. Says that "RUU_Vogue_TNZ_WWE_3.00.781.3_Radio_3.41.00_Ship"  is not a valid Pocket PC application. Any ideas?

You run it on your PC not your phone.

Has anyone tried this on a standard ROM Okta Touch?  Any success stories? Failures?

Mine is running radio 3.42.50 vs this one's 3.41.00 so i think it may be a bit risky to try running this. Pretty sure there are issues with downgrading the radio. Plus I like my custom M2D ROM, much prettier then the stock ROM.

No issues so far - I am just reloading my apps and data though. I also want to check the GPS.

I have not been able to get the GPS to work with Google Mobile Maps. I have tried setting the GPS manually, as well as letting Windows manage the settings but the best I get is a message "Seeking GPS Satellites (0)..." for about 5 minutes when GMM gives up. I left the phone outside in a place that usually gets fixes.
I will look for a free viewer, to see if I can see what communication there is with the GPS, if any.

Phew! Completed, longest hour of my life.  I thought it had killed my Okta and my PC.  Yes, all the settings are gone, hope I can remember how I set them up.

I have. Upgraded from OMJ Custom 3.09 Manilla Clean with a sprint radio upgrade to this and all is awesome.
