I know this is related to DST but I'm not sure how to fix this.

My HTC has DST update that was required when DST changed and it does show the correct time until I sync it to my laptop and open Outlook 2007 then my Titan time changes 1 hr backwards.

The time on the laptop shows the correct time so assume there is setting in Outlook that is causing this issue.

I usually allow updates to be automatic but this morning I opened Outlook and went to Help | Check for Updates and there were a few optional updates but none related to DST.

It sounds like the PDA does not have the DST patch. This explains why the time has gone back 1 hour assuming the laptop time is correct. There have been 2 changes to DST in the last 2 years. Maybe you do not have the latest update (2008) on your PDA.
