Until recently, Calendar, Messages and Contacts were syncing fine with
Exchange 2003 (SBS configuration). Now only Messages and Contacts are
syncing, while Calendar is no more. As a matter of fact, calendar syncing
process starts and finishes, but calendar on the phone is empty. Syncing the
calendar with the local PC does work however. Exchange SP1 has been
installed recently, but I'm not sure if this upgrade trigerred the problem.

I've seen several threads with this issue reported, but I could not find any
fix. Many things have been tried with no succes so far (hard reset, syncing to another account that was never used before, removing and installing again ActiveSync 3.7.1 or 3.8).

Phone is Orange SPV500 (Smartphone 2003 Edition 2)

Suggestions are welcomed

Are you sure you're not using the local Calendar on your Outlook, and the Exchange Calendar is empty?

You can try unchecking the Calendar option on ActiveSync, soft reset, synchronise, then add the option again. Also check the number of weeks configured to synchronise.

Unfortunately I'm 100,01 % sure. I did already soft and hard reset. Tried to sync All, or only 2 weeks, 1month, etc. When it is done to the server, calendar stays empty, when done to the pc works fine.

Has been working for a while, but now it is broken. There must be something on Exchange side. Hard to find though

I've seen other people reporting that problem in other forums (for instance : a post on microsoft.public.exchange.clustering, dated Feb, 21st)

Hi,

Do you think there is a chance to get a fix or at least where to search. I was thinking to delete and recreate the ActiveSync IIS virtual server
