Hello all,

I was wondering if it is possible to remove old appointments from the smartphone calendar (older than 1 week I don't need in the phone) but leave them in outlook?

I have enabled the option to sync 1 week in arrears and 5 weeks in advance in the activesync options, but I want it to remove the old appointments, or not delete them in outlook when I delete them in the phone.

I have an imate SP3i, Windows XP SP2, ActiveSync 3.8, Outlook 2003 SP1.

Thanks in advance for any assistance

The appointments will be automatically removed by ActiveSync as the time goes by and the limits you established are reached. They will be removed from the device, but not from Outlook (unless you delete them on the device).
