Is anyone familiar with BT yahoo? I found this as an internet provider and I need to make sure it will be ok for my hp iPAQ pocket pc h5555. Do you know how good BT yahoo is?

Mind you, BT Yahoo! is a British ISP (BT as in British Telecom). You won't be able to use it while in the US.

If you're using a mobile phone connection (as I see from your other post), then the best option would be using GPRS - it's faster (at least 42Kbps agains 9.6Kbps), and it's provided by your operator.

I thought the server provided by my cell phone operater was very limited and that I would be better off with a provider other than cingular. I thought also it might cost less and I could get unlimited service at a cheaper price.

The GPRS access provided by a mobile operator is no different from a dial-up account, and it'll be faster. In the US you'll find that there are flat fee options available from mobile operators - while dialing up to an ISP will cost you per minute.
