Hi All,

I recently purchased a Glofiish X610 from, I unfortunately believed the line "this is not parallel imported" and "Vodafone network"

Anyway my main reason for buying this was to play around on the internet as I had seen Vodafones add about $1 a day for internet.

I am having trouble setting the phone up and was wanting some advise.

So to set up a NEW ISP I need to work out the following, and being a complete novice I have no clues.

Select a modem:
Options: Bluetooth
Cellular Line
Celular Line (GPRS)
Hayes Compatible on COM1:

Access point name: is this ?

User Name

Now I can select Advance to enter the IP address:

These Glofiish are distributed in New Zealand through Renaissance, so not parallel imported.

You have to update the Modem to be "Cellular Line (GPRS)". The APN is listed in a sticky post in our Vodafone forum. You can use "internet" (without the quotes). After updating this, make sure both "Internet" and "Work" point to "My ISP" then tap OK.

The link you were sent before is for the MMS configuration, which you can also create.
