Hi all. Still learning so bear with me:
When I check for new emails on my Harrier, all the emails that are already saved in my inbox dissapear. They dont go to the deleted items folder, they just seem to vanish. Is there any way around this? I have created a new folder to move my emails into after reading them but this is a bit of a pain. I have checked all the options in set-up and account management but nothing seems to do the trick. Any tips or suggestions? Cheers

You dont't say but I suppose you are acessing your pop3 inbox?

If this is the case then it works as intended. The email client will only show emails currently on the server. When you download these emails to your computer and remove them from the server they will be no longer visible on your Pocket PC.

The way around this is to either use an IMAP server instead of pop3 (not offered by all ISP) or to setup Activesync to synchronise emails to your Outlook or Exchange server.

There's is an option in the account setup the by default says to only show messages from the last 3days - i suggest changing that to at least a week - see if that does the trick
