New User. Hi all. Just got a Harrier, could anyone tell me if it is possible to assign individual ringtones to each contact in "contacts". If not, is there software that can do this?
Does anyone find that when turned off , the screen lighting defaults to "dim" all the time? Is a pain to try and open menus to turn up the backlight. No menus I can find to fix this.

Dont know about the ringtone thing but I would be interested to find out if it can be done.

The backlight thing is because you are turning the unit off and on by 'holding' down the on/off button. If you have just turned the unit on and the backlight is not lit then simply "hold" the on/off button down for a few secs and the backlight should come on. The backlight power saving thing will dim it later depending on time set. Tapping the screen will illuminate again.

When you turn the unit off and on just depress the on/off button quickly and the backlight will come on all the time. HTH
