hi any body tried connecting a k700i with a rx3115 as a dial up modem to send and receive emails etc i have it set up i think the pda dials out the phone tries connecting and then disconnects almost straight away without actually connecting

Welcome to Geekzone! I tried the k700i with the h4150 and they worked well via Bluetooth.

The main thing here is to use the reset command on the Init String (on your Pocket PC). Add this to the start of init string in Connections, Advanced Configuration (or enter this there if it is empty:

no luck it still goes to connect and disconnects immediately any one got any other suggestions or remedies???

What operator are you using? Can you confirm that your accout is correctly setup to allow GPRS access?

Chck this UK information on GPRS configurations. You will find the APN, username and password information. Fill these where needed in our guide.

Also, make sure to create the Init String as suggest, including Z; at its start.
