Haven't really played with it myself but this http://wiki.xda-developers.com/index.php?pagename=TraceLogView article about TraceLogView from a few months back has the most useful information I can think of, including a hint right at the end that it is possible to track the loudest neighbour cells etc which may help you get what you need.

If you want ongoing or hourly logging you're probably going to have to put TraceLogger into continuous mode and set the file size to something reasonable and then modify TracelogView to find just what you need. The nice chap who wrote TracelogView provides the eMbedded VB source (linked in the above Wiki) so you can probably play for a while and get what you need out of the G23 log file. Looks like some patience and lots of experimenting could be required though.

John
